The company founder, Mantas Lukšys, is a professional, accumulating many years of experience in finance, accounting and management areas.

Experience:

15 years of work in the accounting and finance field
10 years of leadership experience
More than 8.5 years being head of finance department of an international company, which had 35 to 40 people on the team
Member of the Klaipeda state college council
Evaluates students’ final theses and contributes to the development of the Finance study program.

The accumulated experience led to the founding of a company where best practices could be shared, values nurtured, and an environment created in which each team member works as if it were their own company.
